Inclusions:

• Preparation of petition for declaration of nullity and other relevant documents;
• Summons on respondent;
• Lawyer’s appearance in all hearings;
• Psychological exam for petitioner and respondent;
• Non-collusion report from Solicitor General;
• Exclusive of any publication requirement (for respondents who are abroad or who have not appeared).

Total Payment Amount: Three Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (All-Inclusive)

Payment due dates:

1st downpayment (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 150,000.00)):  representing 50% of the Professional Fee upon engagement of Borra Law;

2nd downpayment (Seventy-Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 75,000.00): Upon pre-trial conference; and

Remaining balance (Seventy-Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 75,000.00): Upon release of favorable Regional Trial Court decision granting annulment.
